Upon making your booking with us, Payment is required in full to secure your reservation.

The payment is taken when making your reservation via telephone by card payment or via our website.

Should for any reason you need to cancel, the cancellation policy outlined below applies.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: NON refundable.

Cancellation between 31 and 60 days of arrival date: 25% refund.

Cancellation with more than 61 days before arrival date: 50% refund.
